During his visit to La Paz, where he held a meeting with Bolivian President Evo Morales, Brazil's foreign minister said "it was a demonstration of the government of the United States, interest in resuming a constructive dialogue. "
 "Barack Obama's trip  demonstrates a recognition that we are a region that is not a problem, but rather presents solutions " he said. He added that "in a world where we live with so much turbulence, there is the Arab world in search of more democratic forms of government."     
  On that mission, confirmed Brazil's commitment "in  pursue the policy of rapprochement with all neighbors     
 
           Patriot place Friday and Saturday an official visit to the Bolivian capital  to check the status of bilateral relations and cooperation programs for agriculture, animal health, mining, trade and fight against drugs.
